Week 6: Notice (and Celebrate!) Healthy Changes!
By now, you’re starting to feel and possibly look a little different. Maybe you have more energy or less bloat; maybe that tight yoga tank is fitting a bit better or your friends are saying that your skin “glows.” Acknowledging your success is a surefire way to stay the course because it’s proof that you’re well able to make healthy changes and continue to do so, says Kristeller. So, this week is all about celebrating how far you’ve come—without reverting to old habits.
Day 36: Splurge on new patterned yoga pants.
I purchase most of my workout clothes at my local Marshall's, so I've come fallen in love with some awesome brands without breaking the bank. First I found a pair of 90 degrees Yoga pants that I wore so often then graduated to lounge pants, and I quickly bought more. Since then I've also picked up a few of their patterned workout capris as well.
A few months later I found by far my favorite pair of workout pants to date. At first I was attracted to the 3D pattern on the pants, then I read the tag which described the 3-way stretch technology. They hug tight but still have so much flexibility when you're working out. Since I have added a few more pairs to my collection. I constantly get compliments on these pants and my boyfriend calls them by "good butt pants".
