One of my favorite green juice recipes is The Green Monster Smoothie from The PCRM's Kickstart Your Health Cooking Class. It's so refreshing and uses a variety of cancer fighting fruits and vegetables that most of us have on hand everyday. Although the original recipe is amazing, I do like to substitute water for coconut water, and I typically opt towards freezing all my ingredients and omitting the ice completely. This can especially come in handy for prepped freeze smoothie bags and keeping your produce fresh in the heat. Find the recipe here.
