Week 6: Notice (and Celebrate!) Healthy Changes!

Day 40: Take a morning or full day off from work.

Spend it in your happy place (the beach, a spa, a mountain trail—whatever gets you smiling).


Finally Friday! It's crazy how short weeks can seem so long sometimes. 

Although I do have to work for a couple hours this afternoon, I made an effort to wake up early and enjoy my personal time before work. I had a nice healthy protein shake for breakfast and I stopped off and picked up some supplies for a craft project I have in the works. Then I got my nails done before heading to the office. Hope you all enjoy your time off!
