I'll admit, I was hesitant to use The Mindful Diet to kick off this blog; but then I realized the focus is more about mindfulness than the diet. Over the years, people have grown so obsessed with the various fad diets that we have subsequently grown to consider the word "diet" to be very negative.
Today we commit to NEVER DIET AGAIN! Instead we must embrace our lifestyle changes and consider our mindful diet a new way of life without the restrictions of a traditionally diet.
