My Enlightened Delights Recipes!

My recipes are all plant based; most are already vegan, but all can be made vegan.
I aim to enlighten readers on decreasing intake of fats/toxins & increasing nutrition by using high quality, organic ingredients. I always cook on the Saladmaster Healthy Cooking System, so I am able to cut out unwanted fats/oils/toxins, excess water & time.

PB Chia Hemp Smoothie

PB Chia Hemp Smoothie

This smoothie is a great way to get some vegan protein and omega's into your morning.  

In my NutriNinga I blended:

1 frozen Organic banana

2 Tbsp Organic PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder
(Better Body Foods)

1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Organic Hemp Seeds

1 cup of Organic Almond Milk
(or non-dairy milk of your choice)



Sprinkle chia seeds,
hemp seeds
and/or cocoa nibs on top before serving
